Look at cabinet layout, counter transitions, appliance fit, lighting, trim, flooring, ceiling details, and whether the room feels coherent rather than judging only one finish choice.

Framing images can reveal room geometry, roof complexity, opening locations, structural sequencing, and work that disappears once insulation and drywall are installed.

Separate evidence from assumptions
Ask what the photo proves—and what it does not.
A photograph can document that a builder performed certain work or produced a certain finished result. It does not automatically prove current pricing, a standard specification, a warranty term, availability, ownership, dimensions, or that the same selection belongs in another project.

- What is the living area versus total area under roof?
- What property/site work was included?
- Which details are documented in the written scope?
