Contact-form submissions are received through the Better Builders Cloudflare-hosted website and forwarded through a private lead-processing workflow used by Better Builders to route and respond to inquiries. The website and lead workflow may rely on hosting, security, automation, communications, domain, and content-delivery providers. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Better Builders does not sell or rent inquiry information. Information may be shared with a lender, surveyor, engineer, architect, title professional, insurer, utility provider, subcontractor, supplier, attorney, government authority, or other project participant only when reasonably necessary for the requested project, authorized by the person submitting it, or required by law.
At the effective date of this policy, the website does not use third-party behavioral advertising or advertising cookies. Normal hosting, security, and browser functions may still create technical logs or use essential storage. This policy will be updated before materially different tracking or advertising tools are introduced.
